Return Policy:

Any product returned under warranty should be sent by the customer via prepaid mail or curier to the Service Center located at 2301 Ravine Way, Glenview, IL. 60025. Please include with the returned product twelve dollars and fifty cents ($12.50) for return shipping and handling. The Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage during shipping and the customer is soley responsible for any such loss or damage.  Note: Please do not return the product to the store where you bought it for service as they are not authorized to service the product.

  • T2 TOP-O-Matic® Cigarette Machine – Metal machine that makes King and 100mm cigarettes.
  • Mikr-O-matic® by TOP-O-Matic Cigarette Machine – Metal machine that makes King cigarettes only.
  • Gambler® Cigarette Machine – Plastic machine that makes King cigarettes only.
  • Gambler TubeCut® Cigarette Machine – Metal machine that makes King and 100mm cigarettes.
  • Poweroll® by TOP-O-Matic® Cigarette Machine – Electric machine that makes King cigarettes only.
  • Poweroll 2®TOP-O-Matic® Cigarette Machine – Electric machine that makes King and 100mm cigarettes.

Parts for the above machines may become unavailable if ryoservice.com chooses, in its sole discretion, to discontinue its inventory of such parts. Ryoservice.com is under no obligation to keep and maintain an inventory of replacement parts avaialbe for the machines listed above. Product must be registered for repair and service agreement to be valid.
